Following clangorous sound from drums and slogans, the oath conference on lean management was held in Chongzheng Homeware Co., Ltd. between Shandong Chongzheng Group and Huagong Lean Management Research Center in 18th, Sep. 2019. All of clerks and workers in Chongzheng Group including Board chairman of Shandong Chongzheng Group, Board chairman of Chongzheng Shengda Glass Co., Ltd., General Manager of Chongzheng Shengda Homeware Co., Ltd., General Manager of Shandong Huagong Lean Co,Ltd. attended the conference. In behalf of their departments, every project manager in group stressed their promise on the allegiance for Chongzheng group via the lean management.

For implementing successfully,the board chairman of the group issued relevant authorized regulations including the right on reward and penalty, the right on appointment and dismissal,the right on salary that was ruled by the Huagong Lean Project Team.
