East China，Shandong province issued the first red alert for storm in this year on 20th, Aug. 2019.Torrential downpours caused by the typhoon swept most part of the province, with 61 gauging stations across the province showing over 100 millimeters of precipitation. One station in Zibo saw the highest 299.3 millimeters.
The People’s Hall of Zichuan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province held a rebuilding conference after the typhoon disaster. Chongzheng Group donated 2 million yuan to the disaster area, and 22 enterprises in Zibo City, Shandong Province donated a total of 114 million yuan.
